I like to spend a bit of time at the Public Market, here in Milwaukee. One of their many features is their Olive Oil and Vinegar bar, wherein I many different flavors of olive oil and/or balsamic are available for sample. I like all kinds of different flavors, so sometimes I’ll walk in and pick some things up.
This weekend, I botched my Chicken Sous Vide, so I decided to pair it with a salad and – make use of the condiments I had on hand for a lite salad dressing.
I was not disappointed.
Recipe: Truffle and Honeybell Orange Salad Dressing
Combine Truffle flavored olive oil and Honeybell Orange Salad Dressing to taste.
